WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 14 days from receiving your item. Returns can be dropped off to one of our Preston shops by booking a return slot by emailing us a return request. We also collect returns from the customer's address with a call out charge of £10. You will receive a call to arrange this.

CAN I TRUST YOUR ITEM DIMENSIONS?

All dimensions for new goods are correct. As the pre-loved items are hand measured they may differ by a half or one inch in real life.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can make purchases using PayPal or bank card.
